AxTalis is a consulting company founded in 2020 by Frank Vanderdonck and Sven Tops. It focuses on crossfunctional market access strategies (Medical/Market Access/Marketing) and early launch implementation for academia, pharmaceutical and device companies. Its vision is to broaden the perspectives of patients to access drugs in a sustainable manner by collaborating closely with physicians, researchers, companies, payers and patients. AxTalis leverages the market access activity to guide the development of the deliverables and organizational requirements for commercial success. It provides flexibility to organizations while they scale for launch. Services include data generation projects, patient projects, early communication, access and pricing dossiers, as well as full development and business planning, medical writing, training, flexible staffing, project management and launch coordination.
